Overview
Seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join a growing outpatient clinic in Manitowoc, WI. This location offers a 4-day work week and a supportive, team-based care approach for improved work-life balance. The community offers excellent schools, a growing local economy, and a scenic location on the shores of Lake Michigan. A similar opportunity is available in nearby Two Rivers, WI.

Practice Details
Full-time: 40 hours per week with a minimum of 28 hours in patient appointments
4-day work week with flexible scheduling available
Average patient volume: 18–22 per day
Epic with remote access from home
Participate in a large call group (phone call only)
Clinic hours: Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
No weekends or holidays (except for on-call weekends)
Teaching opportunities with medical students available
Visa candidates accepted
