Internal Medicine / Primary Care Physician – Carlsbad, CA

Location: Carlsbad, Metro San Diego Area, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | No nights or weekends
Position Type: Permanent | Outpatient | No OB

At She Recruits, we’re partnering with a thriving outpatient clinic in North San Diego County to find a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine Physician ready to join a patient-focused, supportive team. This is a unique opportunity to enjoy autonomy, manageable patient volume, and a work-life balance while living steps from the Pacific Ocean.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver compassionate primary care to a diverse patient population

• Manage approximately 15–20 patients per day

• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on community health and wellness

• Work Monday–Friday with no nights or weekends

• New graduates are welcome — mentorship and guidance available

Requirements

• MD or DO

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

• Valid California Medical License & DEA (or willingness to obtain)

• Passion for patient-centered care and strong communication skills
