- Support staff ratio of 2 per physician once ramped up
- Call: 1 week on, rotating about every 7 weeks (no clinic responsibilities while on call)
- Call volume: very light (approx. 2 calls/week, mostly labs, triaged by nurse line)
- Patient mix: All ages, with a strong geriatric population
- Clinic setup: 2–3 rooms per physician
- EMR: Epic and Abridge
- Newer, multi-provider facility featuring 30 exam rooms
