- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- 2+ years of outpatient experience is preferred but not required
- Must hold a current unrestricted Georgia state license or be eligible
- Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Must be actively registered or eligible to register with the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA)
- Active Medicare / Medicaid enrollment or eligible to enroll
