FM or IM Physician – Women’s Primary Care in Sunny Central Washington
- Join a team of four providers in an established women’s primary care clinic with on-site labs, imaging, pharmacy, and robust specialty support. Enjoy a flexible schedule, strong compensation package, and physician-led culture.
Position Highlights:
- BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician
- Full-time; 4- or 5-day schedule (less than full time negotiable)
- All-female patient panel
- Call 1:5, phone only
- Epic EMR
- Washington license (or ability to obtain)
Compensation & Benefits:
- First-year salary guarantee: $293,601–$317,406 (MGMA/AMGA median), then RVU model
- Signing bonus + relocation (up to $20k)
- Student loan repayment: up to $125k (internal program)
- CME: $10k every two years
- Generous PTO + comprehensive benefits for provider & family
- Physician partnership track in 1 year
