## Family Medicine Physician | Clay, Fulton & Oswego, NY Central New York — Lake Ontario Shoreline — 4 Positions Available ## Position Details * Full-time, permanent hospital-employed positions — 4 openings * Setting: 100% outpatient — full medical staff hospital privileges at the local hospital * Locations: Multiple sites in Clay, Fulton, and Oswego, New York * Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00a–5:00p — open to 4 or 5 days per week (40 hours per week) * Call: Shared among all clinicians (anticipated high 20s) — phone only, very light * No rounding or inpatient services required — hospitalist shifts available on a per diem basis for interested providers * EMR: Medent ## Practice Overview Seeking 4 BC/BE Family Medicine Physicians to join a growing outpatient primary care group across multiple central New York locations: * Full-scope family medicine from birth through geriatric — chronic disease management, adult medicine, well-child visits, hypertension, diabetes, and more * No OB — some GYN — no sports medicine * Approximately 20–25 patients per day on an 8-hour day / 25–30 patients per day on a 10-hour day * Recruitment driven by retirement of 2 physicians and expansion of 2 practices * Optional per diem hospitalist shifts available for interested providers ## Compensation & Benefits * Salary range: $255,000–$275,000 annually plus wRVU model * Sign-on bonus: $25,000 * Relocation reimbursement: Up to $10,000 with receipts * Student loan repayment: $30,000 over length of contract (if applicable) * Paid time off and CME time off: 34 days total including 6 legal holidays * Annual CME, dues, and licensure reimbursement: $5,500 * Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance * 403(b) retirement plan * Malpractice paid by employer ## Required Qualifications * MD or DO — Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine * New York medical license or willingness to obtain * Family Medicine only — birth through geriatric scope ## About the Community – Oswego County, New York * Charming communities in central New York along the eastern shore of Lake Ontario * Oswego — historic port city with rich maritime heritage and vibrant college town atmosphere * Fulton — welcoming small city along the Oswego River with a strong sense of community * Clay — thriving suburban community with excellent schools just north of Syracuse * World-class fishing including salmon, trout, and walleye on Lake Ontario and the Oswego River * Abundant outdoor recreation including boating, hiking, skiing, and snowmobiling * Affordable cost of living with welcoming, family-friendly communities * Easy access to Syracuse — approximately 35 miles southeast * Four distinct seasons with stunning lake country scenery
