Position Highlights:
- 4-Day Work Week – 32 clinic hours for work-life balance
- Base Salary: $250,000 with $300,000+ first year earning potential

Your Role:
- Provide hands-on care, including OMT and joint injections
- Educate patients on wellness and prevention
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Use EPIC EHR (preferred) to maintain accurate clinical documentation
Qualifications:
- DO degree from an accredited institution
- Board Certified/Eligible in Osteopathic Medicine
- Proficiency in OMT, general patient care, and pain management
