Pioneer Family Practice is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate BC/BE Family Medicine Physician to join our well-established, six-physician private practice. We are committed
to fostering strong, lasting relationships with our patients as we guide them on their journey to
wellness. Through our unique partnership with MultiCare Health System, we enhance our ability
to provide exceptional care to our community.

Job Responsibilities
Mission: To work in collaboration with independent medical providers in partnership with MultiCare and PSW to promote and maintain successful primary care practices in our communities.

Working Hours
hours for a 1.0 FTE
• Call: 1 in 6 weeks, outpatient only, minimal volume
Our practice operates Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm, closed all weekends and all major holidays. This positions clinical schedule is negotiable and dependent on the individuals FTE commitment. Though we have a close partnership, we pride ourselves on having a healthy work/life balance and independently control our schedules to allow us more opportunity build positive relationships with our patients.
