Organization Information: • Physician owned multispecialty group • Base salary of $215,000 for the first two years • Additional compensation through productivity bonuses, with earning potential up to $325,000 • Employee status for the first two years, with partnership upon successful completion of the second year • Malpractice coverage provided; tail coverage is not included • Three weeks of vacation • One week for continuing medical education, with expenses covered up to $2,500 annually • Health insurance • Relocation assistance • 401(k)
