This exciting opportunity allows you to play a key role in developing a new and rapidly growing family medicine practice in a brand-new facility. The position is ideal for candidates with leadership skills who are energetic team-players passionate about patient care in the Northland.

Job Details:

• Join a high-quality practice model integrating 4 MDs, 2 APCs, Registered Nurses, Clinic Assistants, and other support staff
• Experience a culture focused on patient-centeredness and staff resilience
• Benefit from weekly specialty outreach services fostering close and collegial relationships with specialists
• Work Monday to Friday with 36 patient contact hours per 1.0 FTE
• Enjoy flexible scheduling within clinic hours of 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM, with opportunity to flex schedule for a day off weekly
• Optional participation in the Moose Lake Hospital rounding team in Moose Lake, MN
• Utilize the EPIC electronic medical record system
• Receive ample practice support and procedural skill development from local physician leadership

Compensation:
