**Location:** Detroit Lakes, MN. This charming city is centrally located in the heart of the Lakes Area, providing a perfect balance of small-town charm and outdoor recreation opportunities. **Facility:** This healthcare facility is a cornerstone of medical care in the Detroit Lakes area. It features an enhanced, newer clinic setting with strong community involvement and a solid sense of teamwork. As early adopters for quality initiatives, the facility provides an ideal practice environment for physicians looking to make their mark.
**Opportunity:** BC/BE - Family Medicine. This position allows you to personalize your own practice setting in a growing community. The opportunity includes potential for OB services (optional) and various outreach possibilities to nearby communities.
**Job Details:**
* Open to a variety of FTE opportunities (example: full-time 1.0 FTE = 36 patient contact hours, or 32 hours if including OB)
* Regular Monday-Friday schedule between 8am-5pm
* Based in Detroit Lakes with potential outreach to Lake Park, Pelican Rapids, Frazee or Mahnomen Clinics
* Procedures and OB services welcome but not required (20-25 deliveries per year)
* Manageable patient load of 14-18 patients per day
* Reasonable call schedule (approximately 1:8 weekends, 2-4 weekdays per month)
* Hospitalist service in place for additional support
* Comprehensive onsite services including Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, OB/GYN, Pediatrics, Behavioral Health, and many specialty services
* Outreach services include Audiology, Oncology, ENT, Cardiology, and more
* Starting and retention incentives available to assist with loan repayment
* NHSC Loan Repayment Qualifying Site
* Located just 1 hour from Fargo and 3 hours from the Twin Cities
**Compensation:** Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. Additional compensation may be available through bonuses, quality incentives, and production-based opportunities.
