Outpatient Family Medicine Opportunity in Oregon
Location: Eugene, Oregon
Setting: Outpatient Clinic | NHSC-Approved Site
Employment Type: Full-Time, permanent position
Position Highlights:
* Outpatient-only practice in a collaborative, team-based care model
* Minimal clinic call
* EPIC EMR system
* On-site lab and X-ray services
* Multidisciplinary team includes:
* Family Medicine: 3 physicians, 3 NPs, 1 PA
* Internal Medicine: 1 physician
* Geriatrics: 3 physicians, 6 NPs
* Pediatrics: 5 physicians
* In-clinic support from social worker, pharmacist, chronic disease coordinator, and care manager
* Stable, mission-driven team with long-standing support staff
Compensation & Benefits:
* First-year salary: $294,673
