A growing healthcare organization in Central New York is seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician to join its primary care team. This role is ideal for a physician who is passionate about community care and interested in helping build and grow a new outpatient practice, slated to open in mid-2026 in Northern Onondaga County.
Position Highlights:
* Help establish and lead a brand-new outpatient family medicine clinic
* Deliver comprehensive care to patients of all ages in a clinic setting
* Assess, diagnose, and develop care plans in accordance with established protocols
* Obtain complete medical histories, perform physical exams, and order diagnostic testing
* Make appropriate referrals for specialty care and manage follow-up
* Work closely with administrative leadership to shape and grow the practice
* Serve as a clinical mentor and supervisor for advanced practice clinicians
* Full-time position with a supportive infrastructure and leadership team
Ideal Candidate:
* Board-Certified in Family Medicine (MD or DO)
* 5+ years of experience in an outpatient primary care setting preferred
* Experience supervising Advanced Practice Providers
* Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
* Desire to help grow a practice and build lasting community ties
Compensation
Highly competitive salary range of $255 - $275k plus wRVU model
Sign-on bonus ($25k), reimbursement for relocation (up to $10k with receipts) and student loans ($30k over length of contract) (if applicable)
Competitive paid time off and CME time off (34 days including 6 legal holidays)

Annual CME, dues and licensure reimbursement ($5,500)
