Position Highlights:

• Join a dedicated outpatient clinic (off-site from hospital) with 2 physicians + 1 NP

• Provide comprehensive care across the lifespan, from pediatrics to geriatrics

• OB is optional, allowing you to tailor your scope of practice

• Collaborate within a mission-driven, Catholic healthcare system

• Access to basic lab services and in-office procedures

• Participate in clinical teaching with Family Medicine residents if desired

• Maintain a full-time schedule in a clinic focused on accessibility and continuity

• Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation (highly preferred)

• Structured onboarding and continued physician support

Ideal Candidate:

• Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

• Holds or is willing to obtain an Indiana medical license

• Certified in BLS and ACLS or willing to obtain

• DEA license or eligibility required

• Must have experience working with patients of all ages (peds–geriatrics)

• EPIC EMR familiarity preferred

• Must be COVID-19 vaccinated

• Open to H-1B and J-1 visa candidates

• Not accepting locums or candidates who have applied directly

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting base salary: $240,000–$260,000 + production incentives
