We're seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds) to join a well-established outpatient clinic affiliated with a full-service hospital. What You’ll Do:

Provide full-spectrum outpatient primary care to a loyal, long-term patient population

Practice in a Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) with no nights or weekends, ensuring exceptional work-life balance

Collaborate with a supportive on-site care team including RN, MA, and receptionist

Utilize on-site lab and radiology for efficient, convenient patient service

Work alongside a broader network of medical specialists across multiple disciplines including surgery, cardiology, oncology, OB/GYN, pediatrics, ENT, and more

Become part of a trusted, physician-led group committed to quality outcomes and strong community relationships
Who You Are:

Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 3 years) in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Internal Medicine-Pediatrics

Holds (or is willing to obtain) an Iowa medical license

Committed to long-term practice in a community-based setting

Interested in delivering care that emphasizes continuity, compassion, and community

Has no active/probated malpractice cases or supervision requirements

Open to recent graduates — mentorship available
