Job Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages—pediatrics to geriatrics
Diagnose and manage chronic illnesses, acute conditions, and preventive care
Perform wellness exams, cancer screenings, immunizations, and health counseling
Work alongside an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (APP)
Participate in a light, shared call rotation (supported by RN triage)
Collaborate within a physician-led, hospital-affiliated system
Optional opportunities to:
Teach medical students or precept NP/PA students
Take part in hospital medicine or leadership/administrative roles
Qualifications
Board Certified in Family Medicine (or dual BC in Internal Medicine & Pediatrics)
Board Eligible candidates considered if within 1–5 years of eligibility and committed to certification within 3 years
Active NY license (or willingness to obtain)
At least 1 year of primary care experience
Clean malpractice and licensing history (no exceptions)
Committed to long-term growth with the practice
Must reside outside a 30-mile radius of Stillwater, NY
Working Hours
On Call Requirements: Phone call coverage once every 70 days (RN triage takes first call). Telemedicine coverage for 2–3 hours on weekends once every 3 months
