We’re looking for a compassionate and board-certified Family Medicine Physician to join our established, patient-centered outpatient practice in beautiful Saratoga Springs, NY. Job Responsibilities
✅ Provide comprehensive, outpatient care to patients of all ages
✅ Enjoy a consistent 40-hour workweek with 34 hours of direct patient care
✅ Work alongside a dynamic team of physicians and Advanced Practice Providers
✅ Participate in light call rotation (phone-only, with RN triage support)
✅ Offer telemedicine coverage for a few hours on select weekends (only a few times per year)
✅ Get involved in teaching opportunities with medical, PA, and NP students
✅ Use the EPIC EMR system for streamlined documentation
✅ See an average of 18–24 patients per day
✅ Optional: take on hospital medicine or leadership roles, if interested
Qualifications
Board Certified in Family Medicine (or Board Eligible within 5 years and actively pursuing certification)
Active NY medical license (or willingness to obtain)
DEA and ACLS certification by start date
Clean malpractice and licensing history — no exceptions
Passion for providing full-spectrum care for all ages
Commitment to a full-time schedule (4 or 5 days per week)
Residing outside a 30-mile radius of affiliated institutions
Working Hours
On Call Requirements: Call rotation approximately 1 in every 70 days. Phone call only with RN triage as first contact. Telemedicine for 2–3 hours on weekends once every 3 months
