Family Medicine Physician – Fosston, MN
Permanent, Full-Time Opportunity

Clinical Role & Schedule
- FTE:
- 1.0 FTE = 36 patient contact hours/week
- 32 patient contact hours/week if including inpatient work
- Clinic Hours:
- Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday Walk-in: 9:30 AM – 12:00 PM
- Average Clinic Volume: 18–20 patients/day
- Average Procedures: 1–2 per day
- Call Schedule:
- Primary Call: 3–4 days/month (includes weekdays, weekends, holidays)
- Back-Up Call: 8–10 days/month (support for ED provider)
- Inpatient Rounding:
- 50-bed Critical Access Hospital
- Average census: 8
- Covered by local physician teams
- ED Volume: 8–12 patients/24-hour shift
- Connected Campus: Clinic, Hospital, Nursing Home & Assisted Living all located on one campus
- Home Base: Fosston, MN
- Potential Outreach: Oklee & Bagley clinics
