$75,000 signing bonus. $280K starting salary range. $330,000+ yearly earnings potential. Additional annual bonus of up to 20% of salary. Mon-Fri schedule, no nights, no weekends, minimal call. Bonus incentives based on quality metrics, not RVUs or volume. Cloud-based electronic health record and technology. Full benefits and malpractice coverage with tail.
