Family Medicine Opening – Upstate New York
Position Details:
- Very competitive base salary: $260K - $309K
- Outpatient practice
- Start/Retention bonus
- RVU bonus for productivity, paid quarterly, we reward productivity above percentile MGMA salary benchmark
- Well-established practice with generous office volume available
- 100+ visits /week which yields significant RVU bonus potential
- Minimal call coverage- phone call coverage for the group only 2 or 3 days per month
- Option to add inpatient Pediatrics or inpatient Adults, or Nursing Home if desired
- Robust benefits: malpractice policy, CME allowance, 6 weeks paid time off, premium health and dental insurance, disability policy, 401 retirement plans
- HHS, DANY, PSLF, NHSC and other loan repayment programs, as well as potential eligibility for HHS J1 visa waivers
