Job Description:
Client is seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician to provide locum tenens coverage at a well-established outpatient clinic in Franklin, Virginia. This is a great opportunity to work with an experienced support team while serving a loyal, predominantly adult and geriatric patient population.

Position Details:

Location: Franklin, VA
Setting: Outpatient Clinic
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Typical clinic hours
Call Schedule: 1 week of call every 6 weeks (Monday to Monday at 7 AM)

Practice Highlights:

Patient Volume: 20–25 per day
Patient Population: Adults, geriatrics, teens (16+)
Support Staff: 1 mid-level provider on-site
EMR: EPIC
On-Site Services: Blood draws
Exam Rooms: 2
Emergency Equipment: AED available
No OB, ED backup, or code response required

Requirements:

Board Certification in Family Medicine – Required
Active VA License – Required (will consider those in process)
BLS Certification – Required
