Join a highly collaborative team of four providers in a well-established Women’s Health Primary Care Clinic in Wenatchee. This full-time outpatient opportunity is ideal for a physician passionate about delivering high-quality care to an all-female panel. Enjoy access to in-house labs, imaging, and pharmacy, plus the option for a flexible work schedule.
Job Responsibilities
Collaborate within a supportive team of experienced physicians and clinical staff
Participate in 1:5 call rotation (phone only)
Maintain detailed, accurate documentation in Epic EMR
Contribute to a patient-centered and wellness-focused practice culture
Qualifications
MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Eligibility for licensure in Washington State
Current DEA registration
Preferred:
Experience in women's health and primary care for adult female patients
Interest in long-term practice in a community-focused setting
Working Hours
Outpatient only; no hospital duties
Labs, imaging, and pharmacy conveniently on-site
Phone-only call: 1 weeknight/week and 1 weekend every 5 weeks
Epic EMR system
J-1 visa candidates welcome
Skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Compassionate and culturally sensitive patient care
Proficiency with electronic medical records (Epic preferred)
Team-oriented mindset with experience in collaborative care models
Time management and organizational skills
Ability to educate and empower patients in preventive and chronic care
Adaptability to meet the diverse needs of a women’s health patient population
