Job description
We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join a well-established, rural outpatient practice in Ephrata, WA. The clinic is part of a larger, multi-specialty network with robust support services and easy access to specialist consultations in Moses Lake and Wenatchee.

Job Responsibilities
Manage chronic conditions, acute illnesses, preventive care, and wellness screenings
Work collaboratively with APPs, nurses, and on-site ancillary services (lab, X-ray, dietary, behavioral health, and anti-coag clinic)
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Epic EMR
Participate in care coordination and population health initiatives
Engage in continuing education and quality improvement programs
Qualifications
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine
Eligible for Washington State medical license
DEA registration with prescriptive authority
BLS certification
Preferred:
Experience in rural medicine or internal medicine
Pain management skills are a plus

Working Hours
4-day work week for better work-life balance
No inpatient duties—outpatient only
Light 1:5 call schedule, nurse-triaged
