Job Responsibilities
Manage a daily patient panel of approximately 18–22 patients
Focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, and wellness
Participate in clinic meetings and quality improvement initiatives
Utilize Epic EMR for efficient and integrated patient care documentation
Qualifications
Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Texas
Strong commitment to patient care and teamwork
New graduates and experienced physicians welcome
Working Hours
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Call: None required
Setting: 100% Outpatient Practice
Skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Adaptability to a team-based model of care
EMR proficiency (Epic preferred)
