Job description
We are seeking a dedicated and team-oriented Family Medicine Physician to join an established outpatient primary care team in Texarkana, Texas. This position offers an excellent quality of life with a Monday–Friday schedule and no inpatient or call responsibilities. The clinic is part of a large, physician-led, multi-specialty organization committed to patient satisfaction, clinical excellence, and innovation in healthcare delivery.
Job Responsibilities
Diagnose and manage a wide range of acute and chronic conditions
Provide preventive care and health education
Coordinate patient care with other medical professionals and support staff
Maintain accurate documentation using a modern EMR system
Participate in quality initiatives and team-based care approaches
Qualifications
Must have or be eligible for an unrestricted Texas Medical License
Strong commitment to high-quality patient care and community health
Open to both experienced physicians and recent graduates
Working Hours
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Setting: 100% Outpatient – No call or hospital responsibilities
Skills
Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills
Team-based approach to care delivery
Comfortable using electronic health records (EHR/EMR)
Interest in preventive care and population health
