Job description
We are seeking a compassionate, team-oriented Family Medicine Physician to join an established and supportive primary care team in New Boston, Texas. This is a 100% outpatient position with no inpatient responsibilities, providing care Monday through Friday with built-in administrative time. You will join a collaborative, physician-led group that values quality, efficiency, and work-life balance.

Job Responsibilities
Diagnose and treat a broad range of acute and chronic conditions
Promote wellness and preventive care for individuals and families
Coordinate care with specialists and ancillary services as needed
Maintain accurate and timely documentation using an EMR system
Participate in performance improvement and quality initiatives
Engage with patients, families, and the community with professionalism and compassion
Qualifications
Must possess or be eligible for an unrestricted Texas Medical License
Passion for outpatient primary care in a community setting
New graduates and experienced physicians are encouraged to apply
Working Hours
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Setting: 100% outpatient (no hospital call)
Administrative time built into schedule for charting, coordination, and team meetings
