An established primary care practice in Jasper, TX is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join its growing outpatient team. This is a full-time, clinic-based role providing comprehensive care to patients in a supportive small-town community known for its natural beauty and friendly atmosphere.
Job Responsibilities
Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
Maintain accurate and timely patient records using EMR
Collaborate with other medical professionals within the health system
Promote preventive care, patient education, and wellness initiatives
Ensure excellent patient outcomes and satisfaction
Qualifications
Texas Medical License or eligibility for licensure in Texas
Excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Commitment to patient-centered care and community health
Working Hours
100% outpatient care
Average daily patient volume: 18–22
No inpatient responsibilities or hospital call
Skills
Strong commitment to continuity of care and preventive medicine
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
