Job description
A respected community health clinic in a scenic Southern California mountain community is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine physician to join its collaborative team of 6 providers. Pick the schedule that fits your life and enjoy a practice that truly puts physician well-being, meaningful patient relationships, and long-term balance first.
The Practice:
• 100% outpatient Family Medicine
• Choice of a 3-day or 4-day work week
• Guaranteed base salary of $320,000 to $350,000, based on experience
• $100,000 Sign-on bonus
• No nights, weekends, or call responsibilities
• NHSC and state loan repayment eligible
• Relocation assistance available
• 1099 option available
• Comprehensive benefits including PTO, CME, medical, dental, vision, life, and malpractice coverage
The Community:
• Live in a beautiful mountain and lake community surrounded by outdoor recreation.
• Spend your days off on the water or the trail. Go boating, fishing, hiking, mountain biking, and camping, with the mountains right outside your door.
• Experience the California Mountains lifestyle without being cut off. With Los Angeles approximately 2.5 hours away, city weekends and Southern California beaches are an easy trip, especially with a four-day weekend every week.
• Enjoy California living at a fraction of the cost. You get mountain views, lake access, and room to breathe without the price tag of the state's major metros.
