Position Highlights 100% outpatient family medicine practice Flexible schedule: Monday Friday with optional 4-day workweek No inpatient responsibilities dedicated hospitalist team covers admissions Supportive team environment: 3 physicians and 6 Advanced Practice Providers Low evening call (1:10 rotation), with inpatient and ED coverage handled separately Modern, well-equipped facility with comprehensive specialty support Facility Snapshot 36 inpatient beds 10-bed Open ICU 2 cath lab suites with 8-bed pre/post-procedure care unit 5 inpatient ORs and 4 outpatient surgery ORs 5 dedicated observation beds 8-bed Emergency Department staffed by experienced providers Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation with performance incentives Generous vacation and sick leave package 401(k) with robust employer match Sign-on and relocation bonus CME allowance with paid time off Paid licensing and professional dues Malpractice insurance with tail coverage Supportive and collaborative workplace culture Why Great Falls, Montana?
