Family or Internal Medicine Physician – New Hampshire

Join a mission-driven medical center in scenic rural New Hampshire as we seek a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to serve a high-need community with a significant elderly population.

Position Highlights

• Patient Population: Primarily older adults with chronic conditions
• Schedule:
  • 36 patient-facing hours + 4 hours of administrative time
  • Patient volume: 16–22 patients per day
  • No weekend or holiday shifts
  • Optional participation in daytime call rotation (no after-hours call)
• Clinical Support:
  • Team-based care supported by an RN Team Leader and Medical Assistant
• Technology:
  • Meditech Expanse EMR with Dragon dictation for streamlined charting

Ideal Candidate

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine (per WMC Medical Staff Bylaws)
• ACLS and BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Completion of an ACGME-, AOA-, or RCPSC-accredited residency
• Comfortable maintaining their own patient panel and working autonomously
