Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Compensation: $350,000 Earning Potential
- Generous Performance Bonus: Based on patient encounters and unique patient visits
- Sign-On Bonus: $50,000
- Comprehensive Benefits Package: Generous PTO including vacation, sick leave, and holidays
- Relocation Assistance: Up to $15,000
- Student Loan Repayment Assistance: NHSC Eligible Site, FQHC
- Professional Development: $3,000 per calendar year
Qualifications:
- Degree: MD or DO
- Certifications: Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine
- Licensure: Active Oregon license or ability to obtain one
