Location: Fortuna, CA – only 15 minutes from Eureka and 24 miles from Arcata. Fortuna offers a unique lifestyle that combines the charm of small-town living with the beauty of Northern California’s natural environment surrounded by Redwoods.
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate includes malpractice and weekly pay! PAID travel coverage!
Opportunity: seeking Locums General Dentist
*Start Date: July 28th, 2025 - ongoing
* Mon-Friday 8-5
*50/50 kids/adults
*Provider must be willing to work 3 months minimum with the option to extend. No exceptions.
*Chart closure within 72 hours
*A decision is typically made within 7-14 days
*Active DEA needed before start
*Credentialing takes 30-60 days (six weeks is standard for Locums who submit app./documents timely)
*The following immunizations are required for credentialing (before start date): 2022-2023 Flu Vaccine, TB Status/X-Ray Results (results must be within the 90 days before start date), Positive MMR Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Hep B Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Varicella Zoster Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Tdap Immunization (must be within the last 10 years).
