FAMILY PRACTICE | $450K-$500K | Employed Group
PRACTICE OVERVIEW
*Hospital employed group structure
*Practice in same clinic with five FP's plus midlevels
*Traditional practice - Dedicated clinic days and low level acuity rounding days
*Clinic located next to low acuity hospital
*Defined need
*EPIC EMR
*1:6 Call
*Competitive base salary plus non-production incentive plus wRVU's
*Current providers are earning $450K to $500K+ per year
*Full Benefits to include malpractice ins., retirement, CME, PTO, health ins., tail coverage, etc.
*$50K+ Sign-on
*Relo allowance
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
*BE/BC in Family Practice
*Qualifies for J/H sponsorships (Even 2025)
