Position Overview:
Facility is expanding its primary care division and offers flexible practice models tailored to meet your work-life balance and compensation preferences. Choose from outpatient-only or hybrid clinic/hospital-based care.
Compensation & Benefits:
$250,000 base salary
Quality and productivity bonuses
$50,000 sign-on bonus
$50,000 loan forgiveness
$3,000/month housing stipend (first year)
8 weeks PTO
4-day workweek
CME allowance

$2M/$6M malpractice coverage
Call & Support:
ACP-triaged call center
Call schedule: 1:30 and 2 weekends per year
