Summary
A large multi-specialty staff model is seeking a BC/BE, Internal Medicine / Family Medicine / Primary Care Provider to join our Daytona facility located in Volusia County. Office hours are flexible, outpatient only. Call is 1 in 4, light volume and by telephone only. The Daytona facility offers Behavioral Health, Cardiology, Dentistry, Diabetes Education, Endocrinology, Extended Hour Care Center, Neurology, Ophthalmology, Pain Management, Primary Care, Sports Medicine, X-ray, Lab, and Pharmacy all onsite. New grads & experienced welcome!
This group emphasizes a Preventative Care Model – Quality of Care not Quantity of Care - Patient times of 20-40-60

Requirements
- MD / DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Current Florida Licensure
