Join a thriving OB/GYN team in Easton, Massachusetts, a charming college town just 25 miles from Boston. Enjoy an MGMA-competitive salary, sign-on and relocation bonuses, wRVU incentives, a 4-day clinical schedule with dedicated administrative time, and a favorable 1:9 call rotation supported by nocturnist laborists. MGMA competitive base salary with wRVU production and quality incentives. Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available. Hospital-employed position with long-term stability. Base salary guarantee for first 2 years, then transition to productivity model. CME allowance plus dedicated CME time. Comprehensive benefits package including health, retirement, and malpractice. 1:9 call schedule with only two 24-hour in-house shifts per month. daVinci is available for those desiring to use it. Weeknight coverage supported by in-house nocturnist laborists. Four clinical days per week plus one dedicated administrative day. Schedule includes 3 ambulatory clinic days and 1 surgery/L&D day. Average patient volume of ~22 per day in clinic. Balanced 50/50 OB/GYN mix with option to specialize. Join an established team of 8 OB/GYNs, 3 CNMs, 3 NPs, and 1 PA. All physicians perform deliveries with strong support team. Over 1,500 deliveries annually with experienced labor and delivery staff. Practice includes on-site lab, radiology, and outpatient procedural space. Access to da Vinci robotic system for advanced surgical cases. Work in a multidisciplinary environment with MFM, REI, and Gyn Oncology on site. Modern Maternal-Newborn Pavilion with Level II Special Care Nursery and private surgical suites.
