We are actively searching for a Med Director – Primary Care Physician for an established clinic near Lakeland, FL. Founder is retiring. Currently 3 providers, affiliate of a national healthcare organization. Managed Care/primarily adults. Split time 50/50 (admin/clinical). No new graduates. Compensation is discussed with hiring director – guaranteed base plus productivity. Immediate need. Prefers to hire within 60-90days.
