* Established, well-respected community family practice with many long-term patients
* Collaborative work environment
* Patient Demographic: Ages 12 and up
* Perform minor in-office procedures
* Schedule: Monday - Thursday 8a-5p, Friday 8a-12p

* Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine
* Experience treating both pediatric & geriatric patient populations preferred
* Proficiency in minor in-office procedures
* Strong commitment to high-quality care and continuous learning & teaching
