- Located in McLeansboro & Carmi, IL - St. Louis 110m
- Full-time, permanent position
- Outpatient - Rural Health Clinic
Position Highlights:
Outpatient-only practice at Rural Health Clinics (RHC)
Join a team of 2 physicians and 5 advanced practitioners
Supervision stipend for Advanced Practice Providers
Flexible schedule with over 5 weeks of PTO, including 5 CME days
Employed position
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary $220,000+ with additional compensation opportunity
Signing bonus
Annual CME allowance of $3,000
Relocation assistance

Requirements:
MD/DO licensed or eligible in Illinois
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine or Primary Care
- If Board Eligible, must become certified within 3 years of hire
Must meet credentialing and privileging requirements
Facility Overview:
25-bed critical access hospital located in McLeansboro, IL
Emergency department with 5 beds, 24/7 coverage
Services include transitional care, outpatient surgery, diagnostics, ancillary services
Family Clinic attached to hospital
Satellite clinic located in Carmi, IL (20 minutes east)
On-site specialty care in cardiology, general surgery, nephrology, behavioral health, podiatry, and wound care
