Seeking BC/BE Internal Medicine Physician to join team in Stillwater, New York
Overview:
Shared call rotation averaging about 1 in every 70 days, with RN triage
Physician governed organization with physician led JOC
Option for flexible schedule 3, 4, or 5 day work week
APP Collaboration which provides an additional source of compensation
Opportunities for teaching (1st year AMC students and precepting NP/PA students)
Opportunity for hybrid work in Hospital Medicine if desired
Opportunities for physician leadership/administrative work are available if interested.
Benefits and Compensation:
Starting compensation is between $250,000 and $270,000 with ability to earn additional money in productivity.
The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and does not include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, extrashift incentives, etc.
Starting Bonus of up to $75,000
Retention Bonus of $25,000
