Family Medicine Faculty Opening in Las Cruces, NM El Paso, TX 45m We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Family Medicine Faculty Physician to join our team in Las Cruces, New Mexico the state's second-largest city. This is a meaningful opportunity to shape a community-centered residency program that emphasizes primary care, social medicine, and patient advocacy. Overview: * Established residency program with 7 core faculty physicians * Collaborate with the Program Director to develop and enhance residency infrastructure, including curriculum development and resident recruitment. * Lead outpatient supervision, office procedures, didactic teaching, and clinical precepting. * Spend approximately 70% of your time on teaching and administrative duties, with 30% focused on clinical care. * Provide inpatient and obstetric care as part of an engaged medical team serving a diverse patient population * Interest in geriatric care is desired but not required * Foster an environment of collaboration, professionalism, and learning.
