Position Highlights:

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Base Salary: Up to $341,000 base salary commensurate with experience
- Performance Bonus: Plus a $20,000 Production bonus
- Sign-On Bonus: Up to $100K
- Retirement Program: 401(k) with 5% match and immediate vesting
