Seeking BC/BE Family Medicine Physician to join team in Saratoga Springs, NY
Overview:
Shared call rotation averaging about 1 in every 70 days, with RN triage
Physician governed organization with physician led JOC
Option for flexible schedule 3, 4, or 5 day work week
APP Collaboration which provides an additional source of compensation
Opportunities for teaching (1st year AMC students and precepting NP/PA students)
Opportunity for hybrid work in Hospital Medicine if desired
Opportunities for physician leadership/administrative work are available if interested.
Benefits and Compensation:
Competitive salary range $250,000 $270,000
Starting Bonus of $75,000
Retention Bonus of $25,000
