Southeast California Primary care - $375,000 base salary
$375,000+ (negotiable) base salary - 100% outpatient Primary care
- Federally qualified health center with loan repayment available
- Family Medicine training required - see all ages. BE/BC required
- Opening is in rural Southeastern California near the AZ/CA border. 3.5 hours to San Diego and Los Angeles, CA. This is a rural area so you must be okay with a rural location.
- Brand new clinic site was renovated and opened in January 2023. Monday – Friday schedule working 40 hours per week.
- Group continues to expand in South Central California. (10 health, 6 dental clinics, 3 pharmacies, and 3 Women, Infant and Children Nutrition (WIC) education centers.
- Average 20 patients per 8-hour day. Monday – Friday schedule with no weekends or evenings.
- 100% outpatient practice with no call obligations or weekends

- Must be interested in working with and serving the medically under-served patient population. Spanish speaking is not required as they do have translators available as needed.

- Group is very negotiable on the salary, sign-on bonus, and relocation bonus.
- Relocation of $15,000 and $30,000 sign on bonus. Negotiable with housing stipend and retention bonuses.
