A community practice in northern Massachusetts is adding a Family Medicine Physician to our team of 5 Physicians. Join a flexible work environment and in tune with the desires of a modern workforce that values work/life balance.
About the opportunity:
- Join a team of 9 Physicians and 4 Advanced Practice Providers
- No call
- 4 clinical days and one dedicated admin day
- Average daily patient census is 15-18
Financial Package:
- Guaranteed base salary plus productivity-based incentive
- Signing bonus and relocation assistance available
- Benefits include employer matching 403b retirement plan, 4 weeks of vacation time, and 1 week of CME with $3k annual allowance and reimbursement for professional expenses as well as health, dental, and vision insurance
