Job description
We are seeking to employ a Family Physician who:
(1) desires a significantly better medical practice environment
(2) WILL HAVE GREATER earnings potential than health insurance dependent medical practices
- How? Earnings are comprised of Salary and Benefits. Salary is derived by a formula that Annually calculates Patient Enrollment Revenue minus (-) Operational Expenses
- Earnings? YOUR FIRST YEAR EARNINGS will be a guarnteeed minimum of $250,000. We will
be actively adding contracted business employees. As your primary Patient Enrollment increases,
so will your Annual Earnings. A Physician with 540 Enrollees will earn more than $400,000.
- Two years ago, a senior manager of an international corporation with a Roanoke Rapids
location approached us to develop an employee health program. We had to turn that
request down, an estimated $460,000 - $640,000 contract down because we did not have
sufficient professional medical staffing.
- March 2025 we were asked to join a national IPO being formed. In May, we turned the offer
down because we want to add additional professional medical talent, grow the company to
sufficient size so that each of our prospective partners efforts could be rewarded for their

Special Notes: We have financial stability & better earnings BECAUSE we contract directly with our patients, earning on average over $1300 per year per patient, and have low overhead. A family physician with a panel of 520 enrollees will earn over $400,000 AND enjoy Lake Gaston amenities.

Over 85% of primary care practices operated by hospital systems are financially subsidized by the hospital system. In 2024 and 2025, 62 hospitals were part of bankruptcy filings adversely affecting the employment of physicians in MI, IL, PA, MA, FL, NJ, AL, AR, TX, and LA. The hospitals most at risk are owned by private equity companies. We have no such concerns. We are free from insurance company billing overhead and have no risk from denial of 3rd party payments.
