Schedule: Monday - Friday
• Will initially start by mostly making peer-to-peer phone calls*, however over time they can learn to work with other clients and do case review like our standard business.
*The phone calls are needed because the state of TX requires that for all denied cases a physician (peer) must contact the treating provider to offer a conversation about why their request for treatment is being denied. Most of these calls will result in the Doc leaving a message. Any call backs from the treating Doc will go to the ‘payor’ (our client), not back to our doctor who called them.
