Top Medical Group is actively recruiting for full-time Family Medicine Physicians to join our area clinics...
Clinics Overview:
- Monday – Friday (no weekends) with some schedule flexibility with options for a 4-day work week.
- Call – 1 weekday call every 1-2 months, 1 weekend a year complemented by RN’s taking first calls
- Patient per day - 20 average
- Provider to MA ratio: minimum 1:1.5
- E-consult capability
- Multispecialty clinics throughout our service area
- Phlebotomists on site
- BE/BC in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Med-Peds
- Ability to obtain medical professional license in the State of WA and DEA with full prescriptive authority
Compensation Range - $270,000 - $490,000
- Our plan includes an income guarantee
- RVU bonus incentive
- Reimbursement toward moving expenses for qualified individuals
