We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Medicine Physician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality medical care to patients of all ages, from infants to seniors. You will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of health conditions, performing routine check-ups, and managing chronic illnesses.
Job Responsibilities
Provide preventive care, including immunizations and health education.
Manage chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Stay current with medical advancements and best practices.
Qualifications
Board certification in Family Medicine.
Valid medical license to practice in Kentucky.
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of primary care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
Working Hours
8 am - 5 pm
