- $235k base salary guarantee with additional production incentives
- Relocation/sign-on bonus of $10,000
- Loan forgiveness available through NHSC up to $25,000/year
- Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 32 patient-facing hours, 8 hours admin; 4 calls per month with call pay
- Procedures: General family practice, rural health, complex patient care
